Phyllis Carol Roe
September 23, 1947 - June 30, 2001
A tribute to my sister, Phyllis, the oldest of my three younger sisters.
Phyllis was Executive Director and a co-founder with her late husband, Michael Anderson, of the Samaritan Counseling Center of Hawai`i.
